Elysa Kooijman is a PhD student in Comparative Literature at SUNY Binghamton University, NY, with a background in film, photography, and philosophy.

Their practice has an interdisciplinary and feminist approach to psychoanalysis, the horror genre, phenomenology, the boundaries of the subject, and time.

Their work has been seen at EYE Film Museum Amsterdam, CW*IP Antwerp, and V2 Rotterdam, among other places.
